Lt. Colonel Roger S. Dong, USAF (retired), was a China specialist for the US Air Force and Department of Defense from 1972 – 1999. He served in Intelligence and Counterintelligence, and as a Department of Defense Military/Defense Attaché in Hong Kong & Taiwan. His interest in modern China continued after his retirement and he has lectured on the Belt and Road Initiative, President Xi Jinping, and other related topics. Roger S. Dong 中校，美國空軍（已退役），1972 年至1999 年間擔任美國空軍和國防部的中國問題專家。他曾在情報和反情報部門任職，並擔任駐香港的國防部軍事/國防武官香港及台灣。 退休後，他對現代中國的興趣依然存在，並曾就“一帶一路”倡議、習近平主席等相關話題發表演講。
