UH TIM Alumni Joseph Pluta, a message from Joe’s daughter.

My father Joseph Pluta just lost EVERYTHING in the Lahaina fire. Thank God he has his life after escaping through a bathroom window as smoke and flames engulfed his home but his house, car and office, along with all of his and his wife Carole’s belongings have been destroyed. Consequently, they need help with food, clothing, medicine, transportation and shelter.

My dad is the kindest, most generous, positive and loving man you’ll ever meet! He is always ready and willing to help whenever and wherever needed but much as he loves to help others, he would never ask for help for himself, even when he so desperately needs it. That’s why I made a GoFundMe for him.

Aside from monetary donations, keeping him and Carole in your prayers or taking the time to write them a card, sharing words of appreciation, love, hope and encouragement are also invaluable to help lift Joe’s spirits at this time. No gesture or amount is too small.
