North Korea & Russia meeting, this is not about NK sending 155m shells, as the MSM have been shouting (with the canard that Russia is running out of ammo). NK & Russia have much bigger fish to fry. 朝鮮和俄羅斯會面，這並不是朝鮮發射 1.55 億枚砲彈，正如 MSM 一直在喊的那樣（謠傳俄羅斯彈藥即將耗盡）。 朝鮮和俄羅斯還有更大的魚要煎, 更大的反擊美國計劃.

This is about global strategic/geostrategic balancing.

1. SK is serving NATO in Ukraine, and because of that, Russia is bringing NK into the picture to balance strategically, and to send a message, to ensure that SK stays in its own corner (is tied down in East Asia). SK/US have overmatch over NK on the peninsula, but with Russian technical assistance (esp. EW, joint arms doctrine, and standoff/counterbattery technology), the score will be significantly evened.
2. The US is having the US space force participate in the most recent US-SK military exercises. NK met with Putin at the Roscosmos space center. That’s not a coincidence. Neither is the visit to Komsomolsk military industrial production center, or the visit to the Russian pacific fleet, or the Academy of sciences.
3. Technological assistance will be a key part of the exchange, as will strategic security. The Russian media has spoken of “Military technical cooperation & exchange of views on security”
4. The USSR liberated Korea from Japanese colonization. NK remembers that. The Soviet forces went through the Kwantung army like a hot knife through butter in the final period of WW2.
5. Experts have claimed that NK recent ICBM is the Topol-M missile repainted with a NK decal. If that’s the case, the tech transfer is already happening. This will simply make it faster.

This is also a message to Japan, which the US is weaponizing through JAKUS. NK says that the Ukraine war is “a holy battle to protect (Russian) sovereignty”, “security against the imperialists”, and “we support and stand by all decisions of Putin and the Russian government”.
