Dear Johnson, AmCham Shanghai and the U.S. Department of Agriculture is co-organizing the American Food and Agriculture Pavilion at the upcoming 6th China International Import Exhibition. This is the first year that there will be an official American government pavilion. The pavilion covers over 200 square meters and contains 18 exhibitors ranging from agricultural exporters, state representatives, food manufacturers, food packaging, food seasonings, and health supplements. The exhibitors include State of Idaho, State of Georgia, US Meat Export Federation (USMEF), US Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), USA Rice Federation, California Wine Institute, Almond Board of California, Cranberry Marketing Committee, Hormel, Sealed Air, Athletic Greens, Kingbond Wine, Orange Cheese, Hangtung, Ektimo Vineyards, La Preferida, Morton’s, and Golden California.

为进一步加强中美经贸联系，上海美国商会与美国农业部合作参展2023年第六届中国国际进口博览会。今年是美国政府首次设立官方展馆。美国食品和农业馆展台面积超过 200 平方米，由来自州政府、国家级农产品协会、农产品出口商、食品制造、食品包装等 18 家参展商组成。本次参展商包括爱达荷州、佐治亚州、美国肉类出口联合会（USMEF）、美国禽蛋出口委员会（USAPEEC）、美国大米联合会、加州葡萄酒协会、加州杏仁委员会、蔓越莓营销委员会、荷美尔、希悦尔、Athletic Greens、Kingbond Wine、Orange Cheese、Hangtung、Ektimo Vineyards、La Preferida、Morton’s、Golden California。

美国食品和农业馆暂定于 11 月 6 日上午举行开馆仪式和接待会，届时将有美国高级别政府代表和参展企业代表讲话。此外，馆内将举办多种类型的展商供需对接会和签约仪式，以及每日肉类、酒饮试吃试饮活动，欢迎前来参观品尝！美国食品和农业馆将成为国家会展中心最有活力的展馆之一，我们期待更多中国媒体和政府人员莅临。

The Pavilion’s opening ceremony and reception will take place on Tuesday November 6 and feature remarks by high-level government representatives and industry leaders. There will also be numerous signing ceremonies and matchmaking opportunities. And the pavilion will host daily food and beverage tasting events. As one of the most dynamic pavilions at CIIE, we expect many visitors from Chinese media and government to stop by to tour the pavilion.
