I shared with him the above statement and he laughed: “We have difficulties finding employees in China.”

I asked him why?

The following are some of the main reasons.

Most of the 16-25 are from one child families. They are in no hurry finding jobs as their parents and 2 sets of grandparents of their parents are providing them with plenty of money to spend without working.

Many decided to have the freedom not getting a 9-5 jobs. They sell things online or becoming an entrepreneur. These youngsters are making money in a Nontraditional way being counted towards as unemployed statistically.

Their parents and grandparents don’t want them to work hard or travel far from home to get homesick, so they provided them the incentives of a homely environment therefore not aggressively seeking employment.

There is another friend making good money as banker in HK found out he no longer employed. Upon inquiry he told me he is good at math became private tutor. He goes to student’s home or student go to his home. He has also students went overseas to US and Britain, poor in math, so he is providing tutoring online. Private tutoring has provided him with more free time, making more money and a happier life. Statistically he is also considered as unemployed in HK.

There are so many stories in both HK and China that the parents are applying job for their children.

There is one case that an applicant was hired. On the starting date, a different person show up to work. Personnel office called the original applicant asked what has happened? He said that is his friend with similar experience and better grade than him therefore he is qualified for the job. Unbelievable!

Therefore if you read all the fake news medias in US, Europe, Canada and Australia, you don’t get to know the real happening in China. Most of these journalists wrote negative news about China never been to China. Most of the fake news are feed by CIA, NSA and Military Intelligence to their news desk everyday. Therefore practically 90% of the headlines or all Western medias are the same.
