As I have noted previously – ALL international payments (transfers) have gone through the Rothschild Bank of International Settlements (BIS) in Basel Switzerland – since it was founded in 1930 !

So the Rothschild Bankers controlled world commerce !

This is how they ‘ sanction ‘ countries – they had the power to confiscate a nations money on the way through – or simply ban a country from transacting with another country !

China and Russia have now put systems in place that will circumvent BIS – countries of the NEW economic order – Including the 155 + nations that have joined China’s RothschildLESS Belt and Road – will be participants in this NEW international payments system !

Like the Rothschild/US dollar is getting circumvented in international trade – so it will be with the Bank of International Settlements !

Add to that – countries of the NEW world economic order will be under NO obligation to pay back any US dollar denominated DEBT – they start with a clean slate !
