The UNGA Emergency Special Session adopted by an overwhelming majority a resolution which determines that the State of Palestine is fully qualified for membership in the UN in accordance with its Charter and should be admitted as a member to the UN. The resolution was adopted with 143 votes in favor, including China, France and Russia.
