China Releases Annual Report on Worsening U.S. Human Rights Violations 中國發布關於美國侵犯人權行為惡化的年度報告 by MARIO CAVOLO JUN 4 2025

China has called on the US to take concrete measures to tackle its human rights problems to respond to the expectations of both the American people and many in the international community. The statement is part of a new report issued by the Chinese government on Wednesday. The report says human rights situation in the US continued to deteriorate in 2023, well who hasn’t noticed this?

So, is this China conducting a smear campaign against the United States? No, not at all. Its just you and me and China and the rest of the world watching this societal nightmare, the divide has just gotten wider & wider and the situation just gets worse and worse. The US government has failed and abandoned its social contract with the people to govern for the society and for the people, to insure that the govt itself has laws and policies and proper enforcement of those laws & policies to create for the people a fundamentally safe, stable society, like we have here in China. No guns, no drugs, no homelessness, for example, our child with his elderly grandmother feeling free 24 hours a day to walk out on the streets. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or lower income or even living out in the countryside farming villages, everyone feels safe.

But back in America, many don’t feel safe at all, civil rights and political rights have been reduced to your publicly screaming and protesting into a vacuum, the govt completely ignoring you and then sicking the police on you who are now outfitted in military gear. Its worse than ever, for example, as we watch today Zionist Israel has used US bombs to slaughter babies in Rafah and what we get is not even apology. STOP slaughtering children, it’s a flagrant despicable human rights violation, is it not?

And yet the Biden administration keeps smiling at you and saying sorry, we’re not going to stop, we don’t want a ceasefire, we don’t care about human rights. I’m sad, I’m appalled, I’m dismayed and I’m angry. In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, the well known academic, diplomat, economist and Harvard & Columbia professor Jeffrey Sachs said he feels resentful that his govt is threatening and risking everyone’s lives instead of pursuing peace for the world. Is this supposed to be the behavior of the world’s global superpower who says it stands for democracy, freedom & human rights? Obviously not. I encourage you to watch that brand new interview just published yesterday.

Let’s be clear, The United States is not a democracy, its an oligarchy and this govt nightmare began rolling down the tracks post Reagan in the 1990s. I remember over 30 years ago my father and I starting to notice and discuss as we were observing the state of the country becoming increasingly polarized and unstable, and we were noticing even back then that the govt was creating these circumstances on purpose, they were passing new laws to piss everyone off to make it harder for family households rooted in marriage to survive & thrive. Why would they do that?

Since then the situation has relentlessly continued to deteriorate, human rights including the human rights of Americans seems to be the very last thing they care about, unless of course you’re rich. America is terrific if you’re living in that protective comfortable upper middle class bubble or higher making at least $100,000 a year. But what about everyone else?

The new report released by China is drawing attention to a range of issues in the US including gun violence, police brutality, forced labor of prisoners, election manipulation, income inequality worse than ever leading to epidemic drug addiction and overdoses, suicides, violent crime, insane levels of homelessness, racism and bigotry is spreading more, and against women, discrimination against pregnancy. Get pregnant? Women still have no maternity rights. Get pregnant lose your job, its that simple. How’s that for supporting family households, marriage & family values? Its almost as if the govt wants the society to be unstable and chaotic.

According to the report, a ruling minority is holding political, economic, and social dominance in the US, but the majority of average people are increasingly marginalized, with their basic rights and freedoms being disregarded. Princeton university’s study confirmed that the people are ignored…Inflation is destroying life for the common low income/middle income class. They are and have been for decades governing for Wall Street, Big Pharma, the Miliary Industrial Complex, for CEO pay, not for households and it is an inflationary monetary policy driven phenomenon…This is not an accident, its not out of control…its exactly the outcome they chose and are creating and are controlling.

I asked earlier, if this is my opinion or if this is just a smear campaign by China against the U.S.? It is not a smear campaign when you are simply observing and explaining what is true and deeply concerning, when what we are all seeing with our own eyes is rooted in apodeictic, known measurable observable facts which are beyond dispute….a smear campaign is lies such as the anti China lies, that China is genociding Uyghurs, using Uyghur forced labor, has taken away civil rights in Hong Kong, that China oppresses and persecutes people practicing their religions…all of those accusations are a smear campaign because they are simply not true…truth is not a smear campaign, its an assessment of reality.

Their efforts to continue to somehow maintain American dominance at the expense of many other things including human rights, they’ve lost a lot of respect across the world. As Jeffrey Sachs well said during his interview yesterday, the level of trust in government is extraordinarily low…that low trust has unfortunately been amply deserved.
