Democracy，One Country Two Systems，One Country Many Systems 民主，一國兩制，一國多制 by Johnson Choi 12-21-2024

Generally speaking when its citizens participate in electing their government will consider democracy. There is no democracy alike! There is no perfect democracy. There is no one democracy better than the other. Those who frequently demonizes others especially by the US primary for political reasons.

There is no such thing as one form of the democracy better than the others. The measuring stick of each country different. Its people determined what is best for them.

US democracy is based on rivalries and confrontations. It is controlled by two political parties. The party gets to the White House tends to have unchecked power including launching endless war around the world especially when the same political party controls both the House and the Senate. The supreme court also influences by which party enters the White House more frequently as they controlled who get appointed to the Supreme Court. It is a power and money game to benefit the 1% elites, Fortune 500 companies and the military industrial complex only. As for 99% of the Americans, democracy that they could enjoy only once every two years on Election Day.

China’s democracy is similar to those in Singapore dominated by a single party. The right of the party existence depends on their people being taken care of such as food, shelter, 5G for everyone, clean water & energy, education, housing, jobs, infrastructure, medical, retirement and pensions! Both Singaporean and Chinese are practical people. They won’t buy the US style democracy that occurs only one day in two years involving mostly empty promises and delivered no tangibles on the above mentioned to the people.

US often criticizes China’s one country two systems, but US in reality has a 1 country 50 systems as there is a division of power between State and Federal governments, which is independent from each other. Taiwan provincial government should embrace the one country two systems offered by Beijing.

一般來說，當其公民參與選舉政府時，這就是民主。沒有民主是一樣的！不存在完美的民主。沒有一種民主比另一種民主更好。那些經常出於政治原因妖魔化他人的人，尤其是美國是出於政治考量。

沒有一種民主形式比其他形式更好。每個國家的衡量尺不同。它的人民決定什麼對他們來說是最好的。

美國的民主是建立在競爭和對抗的基礎上的。它由兩個政黨控制。入主白宮的政黨往往擁有不受限制的權力，包括在世界各地發動無止盡的戰爭，特別是當同一政黨同時控制眾議院和參議院時。最高法院法官的任命也受到影響，哪一政黨更頻繁地進入白宮將控制著誰被任命為最高法院法官。這是一場權力和金錢的遊戲，美國只讓1%的精英、世界500強企業和軍事工業複合體受益。對99%的美國人來說，民主似乎是他們每兩年只能在選舉日享受一次。

中國的民主制度類似新加坡民主制度。政黨存在的權利取決於其人民所得到的照顧，如食物、住房、人人有5G，清潔水和能源、教育、就業、基礎設施、醫療、退休和退休金！新加坡人和中國人都是務實的人。他們不會相信兩年才出現一天的美式民主，這種民主大多是空洞的，並且沒有提供人民上述任何有形的東西。

美國經常批評中國香港的一國兩種制，但美國其實是一國50制，州政府和聯邦政府之間有權力劃分，彼此獨立。台灣省政府應該接受北京提出的一國兩制建議.
