Filing lawsuits! can Jane Wu estate win? If her estates won the lawsuit could benefit her family, but she is dead, like the Chinese said “money in the bank, you are in heaven” any good for the deceased? 提起訴訟! 她的遺產能贏嗎？如果她的遺產勝訴，她的家人就能從中受益，但她已經去世了，就像中國人說的“錢在銀行，你在天堂”，這對逝者有什麼好處呢?

Today’s America is like a loving wife who will live or died for her husband. But when you have an abusive husband (US) kept beating up his wife (Chinese). In most cases, the wife would filed for divorce to stay alive. But there are still 1000s of Chinese Americans not smart up and learn the lessons, still want to stay here! And that applies not only to Chinese scientists!

If Jane Wu was my client and I probably had asked her to leave, and she won’t listen, and if I also told her family too and they refused and now she is dead.

If the family come crying in my office, in my mind too bad, stupidity cost her life.

I am sure there are plenty people who might be high on IQ that failed or low on EQ. If they knew the consequences and failed to take action, no sympathy for them because they asked for it. This may sound cold but that is reality in life in US today, my friend.
