近日，2名日本籍男子在台北西门町，持五星红旗拍摄视频，并发表“台湾是中国的”等言论，台湾移民署对此表示，已于第一时间接获民众检举，主动掌握相关情资并立即展开调查，确认2人均为免签证入境的日本籍人士，且涉犯台湾“入出国及移民法”18条第1项第13款“有危害我国利益、公共安全或公共秩序之虞”规定，违法事实明确，已依法开立“强制驱逐出国与管制入境处分”。

台湾移民署称，2名日籍男发表“热爱中国”、“希望日本中国一直友好”、“台湾当然是中国的”等言论，其中1名日籍人士OO隼人（HAYATO、32岁）入境当日拍完视频即离境，台湾移民署称已列管禁止其再入境，另1名日籍人士OO弘之（HIROYUKI、42岁）坦承参与拍摄视频，台湾移民署于今天（25日）上午将其强制驱逐出境，并列管禁止再入境台湾。

Recently, two Japanese men filmed a video in Taipei’s Ximending district, holding a five-star red flag and making statements such as “Taiwan belongs to China.” The Taiwan Immigration Agency stated that it immediately received a report from the public, proactively gathered relevant information, and immediately launched an investigation. It was confirmed that both men were Japanese nationals who entered the country visa-free and had violated Article 18, Paragraph 1, Clause 13 of Taiwan’s Immigration and Nationality Act, which states that “there is a risk of endangering the interests of the Republic of my country, public safety, or public order.” With the facts of the violation clear, the agency has issued “compulsory deportation and entry control measures” in accordance with the law.

The Taiwan Immigration Agency said that two Japanese men made remarks such as “I love China”, “I hope Japan and China will always be friendly”, and “Taiwan is of course China”. One of the Japanese, OO Hayato (HAYATO, 32 years old), left the country after filming a video on the day of entry. The Taiwan Immigration Agency said it has banned him from re-entry. Another Japanese, OO Hiroyuki (42 years old), admitted to participating in the video filming. The Taiwan Immigration Agency forcibly deported him this morning (25th) and banned him from re-entering Taiwan.
