跟朋友聊天，兩個話題：23條與垃圾袋，萬試萬靈，後者的討論絕對比前者激烈。

跟媒體人交流，兩個話題：23條與垃圾袋，大家都說，前者是票房毒藥，關於23條的新聞，一般收視都很低。

於是，西方國家看到這現象就抹黑說：看，香港人連提都不敢提23條！

只有生於斯長於斯的本地人才明白：這就是香港人，我們本來就不政治。

是的，說23條真是票房毒藥，所以我都想了很久，寫還是不寫？叛國、竊取國家機密等行為是罪行，這是毫無懸念的法律，為什麼我們要像智障一樣講完又講、辯完又辯？

政府用盡方法，以西方國家的國安法作例子，以故事作解說，用漫畫深入民間……市民還是沒興趣，沒興趣知詳情，亦沒興趣參與討論，於是西方國家又說：看，香港人被滅聲了！

前幾天寫了篇文章，講述英國的BBC如何用一連串逃避答問的街訪，去營造香港人對23條「講都唔敢講」的氣氛。人家成功的手法我們要學，文宣有時候是無聲勝有聲的，與其不斷被動式地為23條解畫，不如反其道而行，什麼都不說，就展示一個沒有23條、沒有國安法的香港給大家看看，題目是：「如果沒有23條……」

這不是宣傳片，更不是預言，這是我們曾經經歷的日子，只需要時光倒流至2019年，甚至2014、2012，香港完全失去了社會秩序，香港人完全失去了人性道德。

學生不用上課，打工仔不能上班，公務員幫忙起底，醫生護士手掩右眼在罷工，老外特工在暴動現場指揮進退……

滿街縱火打砸，地鐵機場隧道被癱瘓，牆壁天橋被塗污，街道地磚被撬爛，交通燈閉路電視全損毀，不同意見的人被毆打被放火燒，在網上說句公道話按個讚都被起底欺凌……

如果沒有23條，如果沒有國安法，這就是下場，這就是香港人以後要過的日子，講完，還要多解釋嗎？

這樣的片段，放到全世界播都會震撼，因為那不是AI製造出來有了23條的未來世界，而是我們有血有肉經歷過、沒有23條沒有國安法下的真實歲月。

有這麼多血的教訓，文宣何須多言，就用事實說話。面對擅長抹黑的西方國家，我們要轉換角度思考，與其一二三四認真解說，不如沉默不語回顧歷史，也好讓世界明白，回歸後沒有23條的27年，香港是怎樣崎嶇起伏地走過來。
