If the Chinese in US has played key roles in the high technology arena. What make you think the Chinese in China are less accomplished! In fact most work even more harder than their counterparts in US. The force decoupling by US with China are forcing 1,000s of Chinese scientists returning to China. US loss is China’s gain.
