香港大公报2019年11月11日发文，指控国泰继续纵容旗下空姐参加非法机场集会。报道称，10日下午，有多名身穿国泰制服的空姐，到接机大堂B区混杂在“激进分子”当中。其中有部分国泰空姐似乎与“乱港分子”十分熟稔，不时高声交谈，极力支持。报道称，有空姐向示威者说：“不瘫痪机场，那些人怎么会怕，你们要坐足3天，玩到饱！”“一定要搞衰旅游业，让旅客都不敢再来香港。”
