8月11日，俄羅斯《今日中國》把鏡頭對準了北京亦庄的清晨：一排年輕人端着咖啡，抬頭望天，手裡的遙控器比方向盤還金貴。他們不是在等紅燈，而是在給無人機做“起飛體檢”。同一時刻，莫斯科郊外的新兵營里，另一群同齡人正把無人機塞進背包，準備連夜趕往庫爾斯克前線——前者靠它養家糊口，後者靠它保家衛國。

鏡頭回到中國國內。27歲的孫寧寧去年還是一家測繪公司的內業畫圖員，月薪五千，天天對着CAD頭暈。她花了六千元考下CAAC超視距執照，跳槽做“激光雷達航測飛手”，首月就拿到八千底薪加兩千績效，年底項目分紅再添三萬。她給記者算了一筆賬：一架測繪無人機一天能掃完過去十個人一周的活兒，公司搶着包年，她一年飛了四百小時，時薪合兩百七——這在三四線小城，抵得上公務員三個月工資。

28歲的徐輝更乾脆。做女裝電商那幾年，他每天凌晨兩點還在回客戶消息，頭髮一把一把掉。去年雙十一后，他直接關店，報了培訓班，白天練手拋飛，晚上背空域法規，三個月後拿到執照，入職順豐無人機配送隊，專跑粵港澳大灣區海島線。新規定下，持證飛手日薪六百起，旺季拉到八百，他笑稱：“以前賣衣服是賺女人的錢，現在賺的是風的錢。”

數據不會說謊。中國民航局7月底剛更新的登記冊顯示，國內商業無人機已經突破220萬架，而持證飛手只有24.7萬人，平均下來九架飛機才搶到一個合法駕駛員。教育部趁熱打鐵，今年4月正式把“低空技術與工程”塞進本科目錄，北航、南航連夜擴招，教室不夠用就把實訓搬到操場上。企業更瘋狂，京東物流放出話來：未來三年要再招五千名飛手，年薪十五萬起步，上不封頂。

為什麼缺人缺得這麼離譜？一句話，低空經濟突然踩油門。2023年中央經濟工作會議把低空經濟寫進“戰略性新興產業”，緊接着《無人駕駛航空器飛行管理暫行條例》7月1日正式實施，無證“黑飛”最高罰十萬，直接讓灰色飛手一夜蒸發。需求端更嚇人：農業植保、電力巡檢、應急測繪、海島物流，全都指望無人機降本增效。Statista最新預測，到2030年中國將有400萬架商用無人機上天，比現在再翻一倍，而人才缺口依舊超過一百萬。

相比之下，俄羅斯的無人機駕駛員在另一條賽道狂奔。俄國防部8月9日通報，過去一周前線接收了三千架國產“柳葉刀”和“天竺葵”，卻配套只來了不到四百名合格操作員，缺口直接寫進動員令。月薪二十萬盧布的快遞員和月薪七萬盧布的新兵之間，年輕人用腳投票，送披薩的電動車排到了基輔地鐵站門口，而無人機操作席還空着一半。

回到北京，夜幕降臨時，孫寧寧還在亦庄的試飛場加班，她指着頭頂閃爍的紅色航標燈說：“那光每閃一次，就是錢在往賬戶里跳。”屏幕那端，徐輝剛剛完成最後一班海島投遞，無人機穩穩落在甲板上，他關掉遙控器，長舒一口氣：“以前怕沒訂單，現在怕沒電，時代變得真快。”

“Gaza belongs to the Palestinian people and is an inalienable part of Palestinian territory. Any action that seeks to alter the population or territorial structure of Gaza must be firmly rejected.”

Fu declared that Israel’s weaponization of aid is unacceptable, as is the collective punishment of Gaza’s people and the relentless attacks on civilians and humanitarian workers. He called on Israel to open all border crossings, lift supply restrictions, and fully cooperate with UN aid efforts.  

He also urged the US to leverage its influence to stop Israel’s genocide: “Countries with significant influence over the parties concerned should adopt a fair and responsible approach and take concrete action to promote a ceasefire.”

Yet these appeals are ignored. The Security Council unanimously backed the meeting—except for the US. Meanwhile, Donald Trump recently stated that Gaza’s fate is “pretty much up to Israel.”

While China advocates for lasting peace, the US upholds imperialist hegemony.  

As Lenin warned over a century ago: Imperialism everywhere strives for domination, not for freedom.

“加薩屬於巴勒斯坦人民，是巴勒斯坦領土不可分割的一部分。任何試圖改變加薩人口或領土結構的行動都必須堅決反對。”

傅瑩表示，以色列將援助武器化是不可接受的，對加薩人民的集體懲罰以及對平民和人道主義工作者的無情攻擊也是不可接受的。他呼籲以色列開放所有邊境口岸，取消供應限制，並全力配合聯合國的援助工作。

他還敦促美國利用其影響力製止以色列的種族滅絕：“對有關各方有重大影響力的國家應採取公平和負責任的態度，並採取具體行動促進停火。”

然而，這些呼籲被忽視了。安理會一致支持這次會議——除了美國。與此同時，唐納德·川普最近表示，加薩的命運「幾乎取決於以色列」。

中國主張持久和平，而美國則維護帝國主義霸權。

正如列寧一個多世紀前所警告的：帝國主義在任何地方都追求統治，而不是追求自由.

The trade wars are ripping through the farm economies of the United States and Canada.

High tariffs on fertilizers and equipment are driving up input costs for American farmers, and retaliatory tariffs on US farm crops threaten to extend years of losses.

The farm equipment industry is also getting slammed. Suppliers are attempting to raise prices as a result of tariff-related higher parts costs, but farmers are delaying new purchases.

This is especially notable in Canada, which is the number one export market for American manufacturers of ag equipment.

The North American farm sector is already reeling, as China has enjoyed record wheat harvests, and successfully moved its food supply chains to friendly countries in the BRICS bloc.

For over 40 years, the United States has enforced heavy economic and diplomatic sanctions against Iran.

But Iran’s energy sector is producing more crude and natural gas than ever, and exporting more than ever. Huge investments in high-value-added condensates, LNG, and LPG are also paying off, and are exported to eager buyers all over the world.

China is a top buyer of Iranian crude, taking 90% of its crude exports. But Iran has recently passed Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar as the top producer and exporter of NG products, bringing in billions more. Ambitious expansions of their petrochemical industry are also ongoing.

Iranians report little difficulty in business operations among different currencies, despite the US Treasury Department’s blacklisting of key energy suppliers, and firm control over the SWIFT systems.
