    反觀國內，現在實驗室的設備跟國外沒啥差別，北京新建的量子實驗室能做出接近絕對零度的環境，深圳的人工智能中心用的超級計算機比谷歌的還快。

    更重要的是國內給人才實實在在的尊重。華為有個”天才少年”計劃，剛畢業的博士能拿到200萬年薪，這在國外根本不敢想。然後上海有家科技公司更絕，科研成果賺了錢直接給研發團隊分七成。

    我認識個搞電池的朋友，原本在特斯拉幹得好好的，去年被蘇州的企業挖回來，現在帶着團隊攻關電動車電池，公司給配了整層實驗室不說，還承諾成果轉化后給他們分紅。

    現在回國發展的不光是科學家，連硅谷的工程師都開始組團回國創業。

    有個在谷歌幹了十年的工程師跟我說，國內現在做人工智能應用場景多、數據量足，他們團隊開發的醫療影像系統，靠着國內醫院的百萬級病例數據，準確率比美國同行高出一大截。這種實實在在的研發環境，比在國外天天應付審查強多了。

    人才流動就像候鳥遷徙，哪裡氣候合適就往哪飛。美國現在把人才往外推，咱們正好張開懷抱接住。

    聽說麻省理工有個教授統計，過去三年美國頂尖實驗室流失了三分之一的中國人才。這些帶着最新技術回國的人，正在各個領域開花結果。
